「opinion」じゃなくて「the opinion」になってる。「opinion」でも「総意」ではないが。
「特定の意見」と「総意」だと、全然意味が違う。
意図的な誤訳。
国連事務総長はアベに、特別報告者の職務を説明してあげただけ。
