間違ってるのは情報の内容じゃなくて「WHOの論文なのかどうか」という点だが？
すくなくともそのベタ貼りの原文は「保証のない資料を元にした刊行物」としか書かれていないけど？
その点で、どうなの？それでもこの「刊行物」はWHOとして研究・検討・発表した「論文」だとしたいわけ？
