【10月11日 AFP】スイス政府は10日、子どもらに対する性犯罪で有罪判決を受けた小児性愛者（ペドフィリア）について、来年1月1日から子どもらに関わる仕事に就くことを生涯禁止すると明らかにした。
この措置は、2014年5月に圧倒的多数の支持を受けた国民投票の結果を立法化するもの。
量刑や責任能力の有無にかかわらず、未成年者や成年被後見人ら社会的弱者に対する性犯罪で有罪判決を受けた人物に対し、一律に適用される。(c)AFP
