懲戒請求裁判は少なくとも１年以上はかかる。
その間に日韓断交となれば、韓国国防動員法や戦時国際法の関係から法廷内で殺戮戦が始まる可能性まである。
裁判の前提として、法廷指揮に関していろいろと準備が必要である。
かなり異例の裁判となりそうだ。
