判事は国民審査があるから選挙と同等の根拠があるだろ
普通にバツつける国民審査にも選挙的な運動とかあるけど成功してないだけ
日本は戦後アメリカの刑事訴訟法パクったときに
アメリカの検察トップの司法長官選挙もパクるべきだった
何でこの制度パクれなかったんだろか
