南極海での第2昭南丸との衝突事件の際、アディギル船体からの流失物の中から4本の「矢」が発見された。

弓矢はもちろん、人や積荷を傷付ける以外使い道がない正真正銘の「武器」である。
これを準備していたとなるとその「海賊行為」の決定的証拠になるため、大変な発見なのだ。
当然、、シーシェパード側はこれを全力で否定した。

しかし、アディギル船長だったピートベスーンが「ポールワトソン容疑者の認可のもと弓矢を準備した」ことをあっさり白状してるのだ。

確かに下記ベスーンの告白に「命令」という言葉はない。
しかし、ワトソンはSSの総裁・最高責任者・創設者（本人Facebook：Sea Shepherd President, CEO and Founder）であり、その影響力は絶大である。
ベスーンがその暗黙の拘束力を「忖度」したとしても、極めて自然なことだ。

第2の懸念：弓矢に関する私への人格攻撃

When I met with Paul Watson in July 2009, he gave me permission to take
a Bow and Arrow to Antarctica, with the idea of pasting a poison on the
arrow tips (or fake poison), and firing them into dead whales while
they were being transferred from harpoon vessel to processing ship.
