Japan is going to really have problems in the future. Dropping population and low pay.
I know many Japanese who moved/immigrated to the US because of the pay.
Why the heck would you want to get paid HALF or even less in Japan than your home country?
All these English teachers in Japan making poverty level income by US standards...
why would you waste some of the best starting years of your life, making contacts, building a US resume, etc. doing that?
... it's beyond me.

日本は将来深刻な問題を抱えるようになる。人口減少と低賃金。
賃金が理由でアメリカに移住してきた日本人を沢山知っている。
母国の半分以下の賃金を貰いたい？
日本で英語講師をやってる連中はみんなアメリカ水準だと貧困レベルの収入だ。

どうしてアメリカの履歴書を作ってコネを作ったりする人生で最高の出発年を無駄にする？
理解できないね。
Japan has a huge "Middle class"... work, able to survive, a vacation once a year but a VERY LITTLE "Upper / Middle".
The US has a huge "Upper / Middle"... every city has large neighborhoods with huge houses and people making 100 - 200 a year.
In Japan you have to be the damn president to make a good salary.

日本の大多数がミドルクラス労働者、何とか生活出来て、一年に一回休暇があって、逆にアッパーミドルはほとんどいない。
アメリカにはアッパーミドルが沢山いるし、どの街にもデカい屋敷に住んで10万ドル20万ドル稼ぐ隣人が沢山いる。
日本じゃ良い給料貰うには社長になるしかない。
