One man, believed to be in his early 20s, was found on Whaddington Street with stab wounds to his back.
A second man, believed to be in his late teens, was found nearby on Cruikshank Road with stab wounds to his legs and buttocks.
Both of the injured persons were taken to hospital.
Scotland Yard have said they are investigating both incidents but could not confirm if they are linked.
In a statement, a spokeswoman said: "At 13:40hrs on Tuesday, February, 12, police were called to reports of a fight at Whaddington Street, E15.
