Three large blasts rocked an explosives-manufacturing plant in the city of Dzerzhinsk in European Russia. Local authorities have warned that there is a risk that further explosions will occur.
Footage from the scene shows large fumes of smoke rising above the city. Witnesses said that some windows in nearby buildings were shattered during the explosions.
