6.6 Recommendation
6.34. The Appellate Body recommends that the DSB request Korea to bring its measures found in this Report,
and in the Panel Report as modified by this Report, to be inconsistent with the Anti-Dumping Agreement,
into conformity with its obligations under that Agreement.

6.34. 上級委員会は、DSBが韓国に対し、本報告書および本報告書で修正されたパネル報告書にある措置、
すなわち反ダンピング協定と矛盾している措置を、協定に基づく義務に適合させるよう韓国に要請していると勧告する。
