繰り返し叫んでいるのが普通に聞かれる。
体制は合法性を失い、その統治能力は衰えつつある。

戦争を仕掛けても部分的、限定的なものでしかない。
戦争になれば、国民の反政府感情は逆に政府支援に
向かうだろう。　そういう計算のように思うな。
