内容 ①With prejudiceの意義

（a）裁判において、“With prejudice”とは、一般的に、あるアクションが最終的なものであることを意味します。この言葉は、刑事事件でも用いられますが、ここでは民事事件について説明します。

（b）例えば、原告の請求に対して、裁判所が“dismiss with prejudice”をしたとすれば、確定力を以て請求を棄却するということであり、原告が同じ請求ができないことを意味します。
