【苹果日報】香港紙創業者の保釈認めず　中国圧力、最高裁が逆転判断 [アッキー★]

　【香港共同】香港終審法院（最高裁）は９日、香港国家安全維持法（国安法）違反と詐欺の罪で公判中の香港紙、蘋果日報（リンゴ日報）創業者、黎智英氏に保釈を許可した高等法院（高裁）決定を取り消し、保釈を認めない判断を下した。司法当局が高裁決定に不服を申し立てていた。

　黎氏は中国の習近平指導部が危険人物と見なす民主派の大物。中国側からの圧力が高まり、香港の司法の独立が危うくなっていることを示す逆転判断といえそうだ。
　この日の審理で終審法院が、高等法院の保釈許可の決定を取り消したことで、勾留は続くことになった。
