遺伝子操作してこの輸送システムをなくしたマウスでは、メスでは卵巣や子宮が発達せず、
プロゲステロン（新型コロナ感染に最も有効なホルモン）産生量が著明に低下しました

その結果、不妊および受精したとしても死産します
