Woman orders dress from Pretty Little Thing 'but gets "horror film" costume frock instead' in hilarious shopping fail

A student claims she was left looking like a character from a 1970s horror film after ordering a dress online.

Isla Garrigan, 19, from Houghton-le-Spring, Co Durham, spent £30 on the 'Dusty pink high neck tiered skater dress' from fashion website Pretty Little Thing.


But rather than looking like the glamorous dress worn by the model the product she claims she received was something much more horrifying.

Isla said the hilarious shopping fail looked more like a horror film costume.

She told the Mirror Online: "My first reaction was shock as it was not what I wanted. I just kind of went nuts.

"I did look like I was dressed for an old horror film or like Donald Trump's First Lady."
