5月4日に北朝鮮が発射した短距離弾道ミサイルはロシア技術によるイスカンデルミサイルで、
従来の放物線軌道ではなく、低高度で長距離移動して目標近くで急上昇した後に目標に命中させる
特殊な軌道を描くため現在の米軍の技術では迎撃は不可能である。
