"that's" sounds more natural.
"it's" sounds weird.
you know what, word/phrase choices are more important than one's accent to make your english natural or weird.
an good example is the use of "bet" in the us and "reckon" in uk and australia.
when you say "i reckon" in the us, amerians are like what??? where are you from? that's the first thing you are going to hear from americans.
